Nevertheless, it is better to under-hype a product than overpromise what a product or service can do for the customer.

Some of the same rules of journalism apply to written advertisements. Start with a great headline. It’s the most crucial part of the copy. It grabs the attention of the audience and encourages them to read on. Even though the title is only a few words, most successful copywriters and marketers spend a lot of time crafting it.
